Bakery ENRICH™ Solutions

We've formulated the ENRICH™ Solutions for bakery products to enable you to add nutrients to a wide range of your products, including cereal bars, sandwich crackers and cookies - without losing taste. With these solutions you could, for example:

  • Aid weight management by increasing levels of dietary fibre and protein in products such as cereal bars to encourage the feeling of fullness, while also reducing calories, fats and sugars
  • Support digestive health and immunity by delivering a significant percentage of daily recommended dietary fibre in baked products such as crackers, while adding beneficial probiotic culture (a synbiotic preparation)
