Proteins

Wheat proteins are used in a range of food ingredient applications – in particular vital wheat gluten is used by bakers to put the spring into bread. We also produce corn and soy proteins such as the VICO™ range of vacuum dried and spray dried seasoning granules which add savoury flavours to soups, gravies, seasonings and prepared meals. In addition, proteins are used in animal feed applications to add nutrition.
