Olivier joined Amylum in 1988 as sales manager in France. A graduate of Chemistry from University Aix-Marseille, Olivier has held various management positions in Belgium including Industrial products, Liquid Sweeteners and alcohol sales. On Tate & Lyle's acquisition of Amylum, Olivier became Vice President Food Ingredients, in charge of reshaping the European portfolio and expanding the EU Sucralose business. He has lead the recent acquisitions of Cesalpinia Foods and G. C. HAHN & Co. In July 2008 he was appointed President, Food & Industrial Ingredients, Europe with responsibility for our European, Middle Eastern and African ingredients businesses. |
